MATERIALS & PRODUCT CARE
What are lab-grown diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds created in controlled laboratory environments using advanced technology that replicates the natural diamond-growing process.
They have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds—the same brilliance, durability, and sparkle—without being extracted from the earth.
The only difference is their origin, making lab-grown diamonds a more ethical and environmentally conscious choice.
What type of gold is used?
We use the highest quality 14k gold.
What does “made-to-order” mean?
Made-to-order means each piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Rather than being mass-produced or kept in stock, your jewelry is crafted individually to ensure the highest level of care, quality, and attention to detail. This approach allows us to reduce waste while delivering a thoughtfully made piece designed just for you.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Fine jewelry should be handled with care. We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and fragrances. Store pieces individually to avoid scratching.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. If your piece requires repair, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process. Normal wear and tear is expected over time, and we’re happy to help extend the life of your jewelry.
